Eat more and weigh less!!

Are you surprised by looking onto the blog title?Yes it is true in fact!!It is human tendency to think that eating more would cause in putting on the weight..But actually it is not..It is the type of food which we consume actually does.Gone are the days when we used to crash diet and drinking juices to loose extra weight..There are certain foods that help in increasing metabolism, burning fat or just giving the body the right type of nutrition required for keeping the weight off. By including these foods in your meal when you look for Dining out at a Restaurants Menu, you can enjoy a guilt-free meal.

1.Apple:

As it is a great saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor far away", Apple also help in reducing the overall calorie intake.In addition, they help in improving the body’s metabolism. If you are at a Continental Restaurant any where , eat a healthy Waldorf salad before your pasta, and it should result in a meal that helps satisfy your craving without packing on the pounds.

2. Eggs:
